The operational features are also well designed. I especially liked the split "fork" on the flap that goes behind the belt. That lets me position it directly over a belt loop so it's not sliding around. But it doesn't lose any strength because there's a spring loaded clip that folds over the bottom end for both security of retention and strength.

If it fits your flashlight, if it can be mounted so it doesn't get in the way, it well made and durable.

I've worked night shift at a water treatment plant for almost 20 years so I've gone through a LOT of flashlights, mounts, and holders. And this is one of the better designed and built ones. Viewing the listing photos, I had some concerns about some parts of the design that looked a bit flimsy. But once I had it in hand, it turned out those parts were made of nice strong steel. As I dug deeper on the build, it was that way throughout. a pretty strong plastic in the larger areas of contact and steel in the smaller operational bits

Build quality is exceptional, and feels built to last.
The retention function works perfectly, as does the angle adjustment. The controls for adjusting the angle while attached to your belt are placed just right in a very intuitive location.
The hole at the bottom is a great touch for allowing the flashlight to be practically used in a hands-free manner.

The belt attachment is well made to keep it attached to a belt, and provides protection against unwanted removal, just like how the retention clips protect the flashlight from unwanted removal.

About the only way this could be even better would be if there was an XL version to support the use of larger flashlights, but for the listed flashlight sizes, it is perfect.a
