The basic description is already known, so mainly a few impressions and thoughts: the workmanship is really good. The little thing also shines extremely brightly. How long the battery lasts is not stated in the instructions, so we'll see. The functions are interesting: 4 different light colors from warm white to cold white, all in different brightnesses. There is also a red light, also as a flashing light and as an SOS (more of a gimmick). The operation: two buttons, for on/off/mode and for light color. So far no problem, but the operation is a little complicated: first you can use the on/off switch to switch between modes (up to "off"), after a little while pressing it once again directly means "off". Sometimes you can get to turbo mode by double-clicking.
All in all, though, well made, and with the pendant and magnetic base it is also practical to use.

This is a really handy hiking or camping light for those that are concerned about every gram that they are carrying in the backpack. I got this for my son who plans to do the 6 month PCT trek and what he takes has to be very functional to merit its place in the bag.
The light is powerful enough for any camping scenario and controllable to conserve battery. I think that this could last a week between recharging with thoughtful use.
The lamp feels nice in the hand, good quality plastics and switches.
The light pattern is well dispersed. The ability to change colour tone is a bit gimmicky.
It stands well.
It has a stated level of water resistance.
I like the flashing red function as it can be clipped to your backpack if hiking on roads in poor visibility.

At first glance, this seems like a lot of money for a little torch, but after using it, it's definitely worth it for the convenience.

I'm travelling for several weeks now and every item counts. This Klarus camping light fits in the palm of your hand, easily tucks into a jacket pocket and isn't too massive in a jeans pocket if you're travelling light on a night out.

The handle / stand has a strong magnet and attaches and holds really well.

It puts out an incredible amount of light for it's size. On turbo mode I can light my way down a dark road with no problems.
This tiny light performs extremely well in my opinion and will hopefully last a long time.

Well, this light does what it does quite well. It has a reasonable amount of light and runtime for use as an ambient camp light and includes a very nice warm white color, about like a campfire. It has other color adjustments as well which may be of more use if more accurate color judgment is needed or perhaps slightly brighter output. It has two switches, basically one on off and mode switch and one switch for the color temperature. Unfortunately the user interface is a little complicated. I continue to give it five stars although I was tempted to take a star off for the complicated user interface but the basic functions are available just by clicking a couple of times on the switches so I let it sit at the five stars. To get to turbo you have to double click the on off switch. There are other functions including a breathing function which are more complicated to get to. I consider those totally useless, but perhaps somebody likes them for some reason. Anyway it's got a nice plastic case, the magnet built into the rotating hoop makes it so that it's easy to mount in lots of different positions for uses of work light. The beam is of course completely flood, no spot at all. It has a four-dot state of charge indicator which is nice and it has a memory function so that it turns on at whatever mode you are previously using. It does have a non-replaceable battery which has its pros and cons. Considering the size and build quality, I consider it a reasonable option at the $25 current Amazon price. There are other similar lights available at a lower price but I really don't think they're as well built and as sturdy. This one really looks like it will last.
